Prepare Gen2 abstract commands (.sk files) for the June 2022 run

Develop the Gen2 commands to realize functions listed below.

• Auto guiding error correction
• Raster scan

Also, AG Actor changed its command format after the updates that calculations of focus error are executed by default and that AG actor can run in dry run mode in which AG ready status is not send to MLP1 and telescope will not be in "Autoguiding" status. Check and update all AG commands used in Gen2 skeleton file.
