we are missing a panel that shows the Alarm of the instrument "where" the instrument is operated (mainly where spsGUI or equivalent is running)
the last 2 events happened at LAM clearly highlight this lack of alarm information.
all the GUI were ok, status were ok, green light everywhere, but is fact there was an big failure (ion pumps stopped, archiver stopped, etc.)
in the past we had a monitordata that was showing values of different things and showing alarms.
We should maybe add this capabilities to the different panel we have or have a separate one but we need something I think.
