Expose detector wipe as a separate command

To prepare the detector before a sequence of windowed reads, which save time by not wiping the detector before reading it out, we want to be able to quickly wipe the detector. The existing wipe command prepares a full exposure, so add a clear command which simply wipes the detector and returns.
