      Description

      When PFI leaves the ASRD, 23 cobras were flagged as bad. During the integration, the number of bad cobra comes to 36. It is known that some of them should be still good by re-calibrate frequency and on-time. Therefore, it is required to double check those malfunction cobras before the engineering run.
