Identify gen2>sunss stream stops. Either recover or just scream

The sunssActor is driven by the Gen2 keyword stream. That has apparently stopped a couple of times. Umm, last time was 2022-03-08T14:58:48.

Figure out whether there is a problem on our end or whether it just stops. And recover if possible.
