Add mcs.mcsFileIds keyword.

The mcsActor currently declares new files with a filename keyvar. Add a mcsFileIds=pfsDay,visit,mcsFrameId keyword. These are the components of the butler template, so we can abstract path generation. The will make the MCS look like the SPS camera actors.
