Stop generating new frames when reading "simulated" MCS data.

The mcs "simulated data" scheme reads image files out of a given directory as if they were coming off the camera. But it then currently generates new frame ids. That breaks matching against opdb rows.

Re-order the sequence to not create new frames, at least optionally.

ics_cobraCharmer is mentioned because that has a newer and more flexible camera API.
