Arrange for sunssrunning file to start with a valid status line

The /tmp/sunssrunning file is created when the telescope starts tracking. For every step taken a line is appended with the timestamp and the absolute step of the position. But no line is added until a step is taken.

Make sure a line for the starting position is added on creation.
