Update dnsmasq following issues at LAM

the master version version of dnsmasq was not working at LAM due to mac adresses conflict.

main issue was that the dnsmasq.conf contained reference to a specific site (Subaru) so there was different mac defintion for a same host name.

an update of LAM machine defintion was also needed

badly the merge was not prior to this ticket definition.
