      Description

      I am quite not sure why this happens that we have two accounts for philip, but I assume philip did not follow well defined procedure in the project to follow. In any case, we shall unite his accounts into one, not to confuse people.
      I currently have no idea to do this, but let us find some way to make philip and Philip Tait (Disabled - local account) to one.
