[SIM2D-62] Simulate up-the-ramp reads

In creating a set of up-the-ramp reads we need to distinguish the correlated and uncorrelated noise. Each sample increases the signal by the number of photons detected – a Poisson process that is sampled only once. The total number of detected photons is then measured with a different realisation of the noise for each read.
