prototype v2: pipeline processing at NAOJ

Outputs go to database ingesting by Sue-san and Takita-san.</p> <p>Only 1 simulated spectrum has been processed with ga 1dpipe. Since the inputs of ga pipeline are not pfsObject but pfsArm, and mass production of pfsArm has not been done, so I cannot do mass production of output for ga 1dpipe.
