<project id="11002" key="REDMINE1D">1D Redmine </project>

Created on 2023-06-06 08:53:44 by Mira Sarkis. % Done: 0

@m_OutsideLambdaRangeOverlapThreshold@ is hardcoded to 33% which is too small.
We need to make sure that the line center (mu) belongs to lambdarange, so at least 70% of overlapThreshold is required.

Todo: remove the hardcoded value in @CLineModelElement@ and add a new corresponding parameter.

Check run: /net/CESAM/amazed/msarkis/GEWG_50K_2020_8102/output_0.42_linemeasFitGaussien with lbdaRange.max = 12500.
Bug could be observed for spectraID = 00246009 where z_linemeas = 0.909784 --> lbda_Ha_obs = 12536.97A >12500A
!!
Note that the computed gaussian Flux is very high, ie., 3.23*10^-12

Other spectra with similar problem: 00001517, 00009358, 00018571, 00030199,00054383

TODO:

create a new linemodel parameter for the overlap threshold

output the overlap % (in pixels) for each measured lines (need to extract some information about the sampling resolution of the input spectrum => improve @CSpectrumSpectralAxis::GetResolution@ and improve this part of the code: https://gitlab.lam.fr/CPF/cpf-redshift/-/blob/release-0.42/RedshiftLibrary/src/lib/linemodel/element.cpp#L461)

set in the default parameters a value of 50% mini

@vlebrun a priori cette issue conflicte avec le multi-obs. On la post-pone après ? même si elle devra sans doute être traitée rapidement pour Euclid ?
</comment>

ben oui. Et comme il semblerait que la couverture spectrale de NISP soit un peu plus grande que prévue, on a un peu de marge si le range en redshift n'est pas modifié
</comment>

ok pour le range en z, cette issue devrait aussi prendre en compte les trous dans la couverture en longueurs d'onde (cf #7982)
</comment>
