Review and document the existing warnings

Rename AIR_VACCUM_CONVERSION_IGNORED to AIR_VACUUM_CONVERSION_IGNORED and AIR_VACCUM_REACHED_MAX_ITERATIONS to AIR_VACUUM_REACHED_MAX_ITERATIONS
CRANGE_VALUE_OUTSIDERANGE : supprimer le warning dans getClosedIntervalIndices(les 2 signatures) et le retour bool, remplacer par un throw vérifier les msg d'erreur de l'appelant et éventuellement le conserver via un catch. Rename
CRANGE_VECTBORDERS_OUTSIDERANGE: same as above
FINDER_NO_PEAKS : add a boolean param issueWarning for the 1st pass case, otherwise there is a contradictory warning message / error message
MULTIROLL_STRTAG_NOTFOUND : remove this warning
INVALID_MERIT_VALUES: to convert into an error => see 6196
