the C++ parameterStore method: @CParameterStore::hasToLogRebin@ is not restrictive enough

in linemodel case, when continuum component is "fromspectrum" the templates won't be used... but they are log-rebined if fftprocessing (which is unused param) is set to true.

TODO implement correct condition:
if method is templatefittingSolve and fftprocessing==true
or
if method is linemodelSolve and continuumcomponent == tplfit* and fftprocessing = true
