[REDMINE1D-116] [RM-7864] change the handling of specific OII and Halpha+NII flux measurement

currently:
a specific computation for OII doublet (3726 & 3729 Ä) and Halpha flux via direct integration is performed, in both z estimation and linemeas, and the results is the one going into in redshift.csv .

TODO:

include the NII doublet for Halpha
add the computation of gaussian Flux sum for OII and Halpha+NII
rename the outputs (we keep them in extrema_results)

lfOII -> FluxOII & FluxOIIDirectIntegration
snrHa -> SnrHaNII & SnrHaNIIDirectIntegration
