Add missing lines to sky line list

Blue crosses are lines identified in updated sky linelist in branch. Lines look pretty complete in this wavelength range.</p> <p>It looks like this is the same list, with different intensity values, and undoing the previous efforts to merge band-head close doublets. I don't think this is a particularly problematic wavelength region in terms of missing lines. We had more trouble at redder wavelengths.</p> <p>We need to discuss:</p> <p>Do we want the band-head close doublets individually or merged?<br/> Do we want some lines in the list to have a different normalisation of intensity values?</p> <p>Following discussions within the Princeton Group, this work is discontinued.
