Wherever the algorithm seems to apply the subtraction, the result are large negative values. It seems likely that normalization has a bug somewhere. Might be connected with <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/PIPE2D-972" title="Unproperly masked/identified sky line residuals" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="PIPE2D-972"><del>PIPE2D-972</del></a>.
