Some issues seen seem to be connected with the weird variance that were corrected in <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/PIPE2D-927" title="Correct post-stamp images for falsely flagged CR " class="issue-link" data-issue-key="PIPE2D-927"><del>PIPE2D-927</del></a>. Having said that, there are still problems that I am noticing in the variance image creation and results are inconsistent (at the moment the algorithm actually fails when searching for the optimal solutions!). This ticket is indentify these issues and solve them. </p> PIPE2D-928
