See attached plots for example.</p> <p>Translate the algorithms in this notebook into python utilities and put those into an appropriate repository. As <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=cloomis" class="user-hover" rel="cloomis">cloomis</a> points out, this cannot be <tt>pfs_utils</tt>, as these utilities are heavily dependent on 2D DRP code.</p> PIPE2D-730
