(which got introduced in <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/PIPE2D-670" title="Improve modeling of pupil illumination; struts" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="PIPE2D-670"><del>PIPE2D-670</del></a>).</p> <p>Investigate for how many spots that has happened, and what effect does this have (and do I need to do a rerun for these spots).</p> <p> </p> PIPE2D-701

2d psf analysis - wrongly initialized parameter values for struts for some spots

As such, the run did not actually take this parameters into account (so wrongly initializing some did not make a difference). After fix this and potentially other issues I will rerun the analyis.</p> <p>I have also added a figure showing an example of the difference in illumination, defocused and focused images, now after the strut width has been properly implemented. </p> Relates PIPE2D-671 PIPE2D-670 Development Rank 0|zzs3sw: Story Points 2.0
