In <tt>calib1</tt> phase, bias and dark are constructed. <tt>calib1</tt> is separated from <tt>calib2</tt> because arm "r" and "m" have to be combined on bias and dark construction. <tt>"calib2"</tt> phase only has "flat" field currently.
