In this ticket I will be generating a test 'database' array of PSFs across 120 detector positions and selected (known) FRDs from 20-30 mrad, which will be input into a function with an PSF with a known position and unknown FRD. The purpose of this code will be to extract out an FRD with uncertainty.</p> PIPE2D-632
