Fix remaining compiler warnings

In many cases changing the type of a variable (e.g. a loop variable from int to size_t) is sufficient. Where the problem comes from e.g. the type of an afw member variable it'd be better to unpack the needed value into a variable of an appropriate type than to cast it overtime that it is used.</p> <p>At some point we'll have to do an audit for casts and confirm that they are all really needed &#8211; let's not add extra ones now!</p> <p>Main warning are already fixed.</p> Development Rank 0|031wka:
