https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira This file is an XML representation of an issue en-us 8.3.4 803005 13-09-2019 https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/PIPE2D-536 DRP 2-D Pipeline <p>As discussed in <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/PIPE2D-512" title="ReduceArc.py fails on Subaru data using recent bootstrapped detectormap" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="PIPE2D-512"><del>PIPE2D-512</del></a>, exposures of Krypton arc data taken with the SM1 instrument at Subaru during December 2019 were incorrectly labelled in the headers of the corresponding FITS files as Neon. </p> <p>The headers should be corrected before they are read in, using the header patching mechanism (<a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/PIPE2D-405" title="RFC: header patching" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="PIPE2D-405"><del>PIPE2D-405</del></a>).</p> <p>While this problem has been addressed for the <tt>raw</tt> datatype in <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/PIPE2D-525" title="PostISRCCD exposures cannot be written for a subset of LAM data" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="PIPE2D-525"><del>PIPE2D-525</del></a>, the <tt>ReduceArcTask</tt> and <tt>BootstrapDetectorMapTask</tt> read in header information using the <tt>raw_md</tt> datatype. This needs to also be fixed in a similar fashion.</p> PIPE2D-536
