Such small changes could happen due to angular misalignment. The main questions are</p> <p>1. Is there a simple, preferably analytical way to estimate this difference from looking at the set of couple of defocused images.</p> <p>2. How defocused do images do need to be in order to estimate this difference.</p> <p>I am attaching example.png to show modeled differences in defocused and focused images with slight changing of the FRD. </p> PIPE2D-452
