Please split this into another ticket and provide more details (e.g. pictures!)</p> <p>Some of this is <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/PIPE2D-44" title="Find out why amplifiers in assembled CCD are still distinguishable" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="PIPE2D-44"><del>PIPE2D-44</del></a>, some of this is leakage of the electric field at the edge of the device.</p> <p>There is also some funny stuff (a pixel or three) at the very start of the read in each amp, and a weird off-by-one problem thought to be in the FPGA (<a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/INSTRM-5" title="CCD amp columns" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="INSTRM-5"><del>SCAM-5</del></a>)</p> Development Rank 0|034yjh: Sprint 2014-16
