https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira This file is an XML representation of an issue en-us 8.3.4 803005 13-09-2019 https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/browse/PIPE2D-428 DRP 2-D Pipeline <p>I am unable to run <tt>reduceArc.py</tt> on the Xenon data taken at LAM on May 08, 2019.</p> <p>The main problem seem to be <tt>RuntimeError: You have not selected any lines from /tigress/HSC/PFS/stack/stack/miniconda3-4.3.21-10a4fa6/Linux64/obs_pfs/5.0-13-gd41bc6a/pfs/lineLists/ArCdHgKrNeXe.txt</tt>.</p> <p>The script that I have used to ingest data and prepare calibrations is at: <tt>/home/ncaplar/ReductionScripts/May21/pfs_preparation_May.sh</tt>. It uses the suggested <tt>pfs_build_calibs.sh</tt>, which can also be found in the same folder.</p> <p>Script that I used, which has <tt>reduceArc.py</tt> command, <tt>pfs_May22_Neon_May_defocus.sh</tt>, is in the same folder.</p> <p>Note that with the same preparation, and using equivalent scripts, Neon and Krypton data passes <tt>reduceArc.py</tt> command. </p> <p>The output from running the final script is at:<br/> <a href="https://gist.github.com/nevencaplar/7c83b215aa0104afa4252eb73000c0c2" class="external-link" rel="nofollow">https://gist.github.com/nevencaplar/7c83b215aa0104afa4252eb73000c0c2</a></p> PIPE2D-428
