In either case the updated code would need to take as input visit numbers identifying the even- and odd- exposures.</p> PIPE2D-391

I think this is ready to merge.</p> <p>I saw some more comments from <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=rhl" class="user-hover" rel="rhl">rhl</a>, and I've updated the code accordingly.
