[PIPE2D-308] Include visit0 for bias, dark

We want to include the visit0 in the filename and registry for calibs. This is already done for flat, fiberTrace and detectormap, but not for bias or dark because the code to create those is in LSST land, which knows nothing about visit0. We either need to teach LSST about visit0 or run modified versions in PFS land.
