I don&apos;t think it is specifically enabled anywhere in the pipeline (apart from tests) at the moment, including &lt;tt&gt;lsstDebug&lt;/tt&gt; blocks; I use it on the command-line to verify if something is working.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
