Currently the wavelengths in `obs_pfs/pfs/RedFiberPixels.fits.gz` are in Angstroems. Please change that file to `nm` and make sure that all other files also use `nm` internally, e.g. `datamodelIO.py` the wavelengths are divided by 10.0 to comply with the Datamodel

Most of the tests currently won't pass, they are getting fixed as part of <del>PIPE2D-235</del>. The changes for this ticket are currently also part of <del>PIPE2D-235</del>. In order to make the change set of <del>PIPE2D-235</del> smaller I could cherry-pick the commits and push the changes to master for review, but the tests won't pass (they do pass now in <del>PIPE2D-235</del>)...
</comment>

N.b. the wavelength reference files need to be in vacuum nm, so problems can leak back in...
</comment>
