[PIPE2D-204] constructBias.py does not work with `--id field=BIAS`

                <project id="10002" key="PIPE2D">DRP 2-D Pipeline</project>

Since merging <del>PIPE2D-66</del> (or possibly one of the other recently by rhl merged branches?) with master the construct... commands in examples/runPipeline don't run anymore with the -<del>id field= key. They run fine if field is removed. The commands do run with the straight </del>-id visit=... key.

n.b. Personally I like it this way as the construct<field>.py command should (and does) pick up which field is meant
