                    <description>&lt;p&gt;b3/r3 traces moved a fair way after re-alignment, so we need to re-bootstrap. However, the current calibs use a refined detectorMap instead of the original &lt;tt&gt;SplinedDetectorMap&lt;/tt&gt; that bootstrap requires. However, we should be able to get a &lt;tt&gt;SplinedDetectorMap&lt;/tt&gt; out of what we have that we could use to re-bootstrap.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
