We need to develop code (and procedures) for testing that the fiber profiles are of good quality.</p> <p>I have recently expanded the plotting functionality in this area (e.g., <tt>FiberProfileSet.plot</tt> and <tt>FiberProfileSet.plotHistograms), but probably of most usefulness in developing metrics that can be used for QA would be {{FiberProfile.calculateStatistics</tt>.</p> PIPE2D-1247
