[PIPE2D-1019] Identify lines not listed in input linelist

                <project id="10002" key="PIPE2D">DRP 2-D Pipeline</project>

Currently 2D DRP only generates line information (intensity, position etc) for lines listed in the input linelist. It is however useful for checking how complete an input linelist is, and finding new emission lines in a given spectrum, if 2DDRP also identifies lines not listed in the input linelist.

This should be possible at least for 1D spectra. Please provide this utility.
