[PIPE1D-44] [plan] Provide flux value of the spectrum model for the whole input wavelength grid

Currently, flux values of model spectrum are provided for valid pixel (i.e. pixel which are not identified as bad pixel by the mask in the `pfsObject` file). Flux values of model spectrum for bad pixel are set to NaN.

Update code to get flux value for every pixel (good ones et bad ones).
