When we use --spectra-dir option to specify the directory of `pfsObject`, there occurs an error line  `OSError: Header missing END card.` because the pipeline reads the pickle files as well. I think this does not affect the entire processing and we can ignore this so far, but I hope the fix for this ticket will handle the issue properly in future.</p> <p>Implementation done, tests are in progress</p> Development Rank 0|zzs4pk: Reviewers vlebrun
