[INSTRM-98] Handle multiple kernel versions for rtdADIO and QuickUSB drivers

                <project id="10300" key="INSTRM">Instrument control development</project>

Two systems on the BEE require kernel modules: the gatevalve needs one from ics_xcu_rtdADIO, and the SAM needs one for the QuickUSB device.

We need a sane system to build/keep/load modules for different kernel versions. Yes, one could install them as root. Or we could have a user-level tree, which is what I currently use, just not well.
