The pfilampsActor will provide MHS commands to control the lamps. We <em>could</em> put an actor on the pi, but I think it would be better to encapsulate the (very simple) lower-level lamp logic with a socket listener on the pi, and to treat the pi as a simple controller.</p> INSTRM-898
