Hostname "rack5-ics" was proposed by <a href="https://pfspipe.ipmu.jp/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=cloomis" class="user-hover" rel="cloomis">cloomis</a>, but the choice of address block is not entirely obvious.
