Since these are outside the piepan the functionality should be pulled out. </p> <p>I'll assume that both pumps and gauges can be controlled from one host. All four are serial devices, and IDG has a MOXA for the purpose. </p> <p>There already is an ics_roughActor, it just needs to be tidied up and added to github.</p> INSTRM-8
