And the MCS camera control control needs to be slightly tweaked. And the current coordinate transforms must be replaced by the pfs_utils routines.</p> INSTRM-733

Switch fpsActor from MPS to cobraCharmer; old DB to opDb, add new CoordTrans, etc.
