MCS image frame occasionally shifts in x axis

Looking for high noise in the first 100 pixels coughed up four in ~7000 frames:</p> <ul class="alternate" type="square"> <li>1123 on 10/24 &#8211; has double spots: some reads in stack are ok.</li> <li>2476 on 10/24 &#8211; double spots</li> <li>5704 on 10/25</li> <li>6768 on 10/26</li> </ul> <p>The bottom corners are shown in <a href="https://sumire.pbworks.com/w/file/129779655/INSTRM-561_glitches.png" class="external-link" rel="nofollow">https://sumire.pbworks.com/w/file/129779655/INSTRM-561_glitches.png</a></p> <p>With good centroiding, can simply count peaks.</p> <p>This issue can be solved by add a sanity check. Simply calculating standard deviation of first 100 pixels and then compare with the standard deviation of whole image.
