[INSTRM-409] Provide jupyter notebook to perform sac alignment

                <project id="10300" key="INSTRM">Instrument control development</project>

For the first SAC (Slit Alignment Collimator) alignment, we have used a dedicated GUI which were mixing sequencing + monitoring + image analysis.

But our approach has changed now and for all AIT alignment we'll be using the same scheme :

ics_spsaitActor does the sequencing and the logging

ics_spsClient does the monitoring

ics_sequencePanel to launch the sequences

image analysis is done in jupyter notebook

I need to provide a notebook which generates useful plots from a given experimentId
