Develop ways to monitor health of computing resource for ICS modules. VM hosts or network devices could be fine with normal system monitoring software like munin, prometheus, but need to think about its load on monitored hosts.

storage health check
system operation (CPU, memory, process, time, etc.)
network data rate (could be mostly by managed switch, but error rate on host is missing)
