[INSTRM-250] Dynamically generate and update a dataset from the actorkeys dictionnaries

For now the client is connected to the hub and see all its traffic.
But based on the actorkeys dictionnary list, it need to generate and update a dataset.
This dataset will contains all the keywords defined in the actorkeys.

The ultimate goal is to add callback to a specific keyword from this dataset.
For instance, updating qt widget when a new value is received.
