[INSTRM-2067] Discuss application of colour term to AG measurements.

                <project id="10300" key="INSTRM">Instrument control development</project>

Currently a simple flux calibration is applied to the measured fluxes when the AG data are measured, and the results written to agcc_data. Calculations involving the colour term, however, need to be applied after matching with the GAIA catalogue. We need to discuss how to implement this, and what changes in the DB schema will be necessary.

In agc_data table, the predicted magnitude without taking color-term in to account, as previous runs, is stored with updated formula.

Notebook (e.g, one Kiyoto uses for looking the observation condition) to calculate the magnitude from agc_data and ag_match tables using the formula with color-term.
