As shipped from IDG, that is engineering- or checkout- oriented: onlybthe BEE is powered up.</p> <p>Once a cryostat is checked out, that should be flipped: most/all ports should be enabled by default. In particular, once a cryostat has been checkout out at Subaru, that mask should be changed.</p> <p>Do so as they get delivered.</p> INSTRM-2066
