[INSTRM-2051] Tune QuickUSB (SAM) kernel driver logging

The QuickUSB kernel driver for the H4 DAQs logs both errors and per-transaction success messages in the same way, without specifying any log levels . I turned driver logging on for ~~INSTRM-1993~~ and want to keep any error messages, but the per-MB messages are quickly filling /var/log.

Set the log level for the transfer messages to KERN_DEBUG and rebuild.

The QuickUSB driver is not a PFS product, but since Bitwise has open-sourced the code and dropped the product (and entire company?) it probably could be.
